Schengen Visa

if SELF EMPLOYED

The following documents are needed for processing Schengen Visa:

  • ⁠Valid Passport ( Over 6 months validity from date of return)
  • Old Passports
  • 3 years Income Tax returns acknowledgement page (Personal & Company)
  • 6 months bank statement with sufficient funds having original bank seal and stamp (Personal & Company)
  • Marriage Certificate: If spouse name is not endorsed in passport
  • Return Air Ticket
  • Confirmed Accommodation Vouchers
  • ⁠Travel Insurance
  • ⁠Photo (3.5 x 4.5, white background, 80% face view, matt finish)
  • Covering Letter mention with all the travel details on Company Letterhead
  • Pan Card Copy ( Personal and Company)
  • Proof of ownership of company ( ROC masterdata, GST certificiate , Trade License, Partnership deed )
  • Overdraft Sanction letter if company account is OD
  • Proof of Remuneration if drawn any from the company
IF EMPLOYED/ PROFESSION/ STUDENT

The following documents are needed for processing Schengen Visa:

  • If Employed: 06 months’ pay slips, NOC cum Leave Letter from employer, employment identity card
  • If Student: Student Id + NOC from Institution or list of holidays
  • ⁠Valid Passport ( Over 6 months validity from date of return)
  • Old Passports
  • 3 years Income Tax returns acknowledgement page (Personal)
  • 6 months bank statement with sufficient funds having original bank seal and stamp (Personal)
  • Marriage Certificate: If spouse name is not endorsed in passport
  • Return Air Ticket
