The following documents are needed for processing Schengen Visa:
- Valid Passport ( Over 6 months validity from date of return)
- Old Passports
- 3 years Income Tax returns acknowledgement page along with COMPUTATION (Personal & Company)
- 6 months bank statement with sufficient funds having original bank seal and stamp (Personal & Company)
- Marriage Certificate: If spouse name is not endorsed in passport
- Covering Letter mention with all the travel details on Company Letterhead
- Pan Card Copy ( Personal and Company)
- Proof of ownership of company ( ROC masterdata, GST certificiate , Trade License, Partnership deed )
- Overdraft Sanction letter if company account is OD
- Proof of Remuneration if drawn any from the company
- Addition of other holdings like mutual fund certificates, share holdings, ownership of property

- If Employed: 06 months’ pay slips, NOC cum Leave Letter from employer, employment identity card
- If Student: Student Id + NOC from Institution or list of holidays
